Neighbourhood Watch is not just about reducing crime - it’s about building community spirit and good relations. The idea is to improve community safety and reduce or prevent crime and anti-social behaviour by developing close liaison between households and the local Police.
We understand that anti-social behaviour (ASB) can have a serious impact on our tenants’ quality of life.
All of our tenants are responsible for their behaviour as well as the behaviour of their visitors and pets under the terms of their tenancy agreement. Committing ASB can put your tenancy at risk.
The term ‘anti-social behaviour’ is used to describe actions that unreasonably interfere with or could interfere with an occupier’s normal use and enjoyment of their home, garden or neighbourhood. The definition extends to behaviour that can create a nuisance or annoyance for another person connected with the property, including TUK staff and their contractors.
ASB can take many forms, such as threatening behaviour or persistent loud noise, and there are different ways we can support you to resolve this. We take a problem solving approach to responding and managing reports of anti-social behaviour. We will intervene when a customer’s behaviour poses a risk to others or the future of their tenancy.
The easiest way to report anti-social behavior is by using our online form link below.
Please remember to include your name and address so that we can identify you for our records. If the matter is urgent, please include your telephone number.
You can also request an anti-social behavior diary sheet below. You can use it to keep a detailed record of the nuisance and harassment you are experiencing, including the type of incidents and when they occur. This evidence can be helpful for us to resolve the situation.
You can find out more information in anti-social behaviour guide.
